Farhad Haddad-Nik


Since 2007 I have been working as a project manager at Blekinge County Council.

I am IPMA-C certified project manager since 2009 and have good skill in process management, implementation, integration, Scrum, requirements analysis, project coordination, IT Service management, Agile project management with good experience in hospital & health care field.

My current project “Snabbspår” is an initiative from the government to accelerate the integration of newly-arrived immigrants in Swedish society and to create the better conditions for them in “labor market”. This project’s target group is newly-arrived immigrants with education in the health care professions.

2001-2003 I worked as a system analyst at Vodafone before starting to work as a project manager in many different projects at Vodafone-Sweden /Telenor and Blekinge County Council, in both internal projects for development of the business and also several national-projects in co-operation with SKL, Försäkringskassan and other County Councils in Sweden.

I have also education in industry automation and worked as technician at IBMs industry in Stockholm before I decided to study at the Technical University of Blekinge in 1997.

My Engineering degree from BTH - Blekinge Tekniska Högskola (2001) is focused in “Data and tele communication”.

I came to Sweden in 1986 from my beautiful and lovely Iran and lived in many cities in beautiful Sweden from Umeå, Sundsvall, and Stockholm till Karlskrona where I live now with my two children.
